These pauses are essential for deepening emotional connections and adding layers to your performances. Through practical exercises and scene work, you’ll explore techniques for integrating rest moments that allow characters to breathe, think, and evolve.
Discover how these quieter interludes can enhance the overall impact of your show, making the high-energy scenes even more powerful. By the end of the workshop, you will have developed the skills to balance intensity with introspection, creating a dynamic rhythm in your performances that delights and grips.
